Discussion and Practice on Engineering Quality Supervision Modes Under New Type Project Management Model

大型建设项目工程质量监督,一直是研究探讨的重要工作。以中贵联络线工程为例,阐述了在新型项目管理模式下的质量监督工作的新方法、新模式。结果表明,对待不同的项目管理模式,监督的方式就会有很大的区别,并为以后的监督工作积累了经验。

The engineering quality supervision of large-scale construction project has always been a focus of research and discussion. Taking the Zhongwei--Guiyang connecting line project as an example, new quality supervision methods and modes under new type project management mode are discussed. It is shown that the quality supervision methods are different for different project management modes, and the experience is drawn from practices for future supervision execution.
