Quality supervision plays an important role in materials procurement management. It is the precondition of improving materials management level and the assurance of boycotting fake and inferior products, ensuring the quality of purchased goods and improving the exploitation ＆ development quality of an enterprise. The current materials quality status and the supervision management system of Shengli Oilfield are introduced. The three-level materials quality supervision system, the whole-process quality supervision, and the experience and measures in the specific consolidation and improvement of key materials are illustrated. The ideas on perfecting the quality supervision management system of oilfield enterprises are proposed. Through standardized supervision and management, the quality of the purchased materials can be ensured, which can make oilfield enterprise obtain the optimum economic benefit by the lowest cost.
