摘要
针对采油厂质量管理体系中是否存在产品的设计和开发、需确认的过程和顾客财产的问题,结合石油行业生产特点,对照GB/T 19001-2008《质量管理体系要求》标准的要求,阐述了采油厂在建立质量管理体系时删减标准中7.3、7.5.2和7.5.4条款的理由。
Regarding to whether the three items of ＂design and development of products＂, ＂confirmation of the processes＂ and ＂property of customer＂ should be retained in the quality management system of an oil production plant, according to the features of oil industry and GB/T 19001--2008 ＂Requirements for Quality Management System＂ ,the reasons why to delete items 7.3, 7.5.2 and 7.5.4 in establishing the quality management system of oil production plant are presented.
