烟气轮机动叶轮盘冷却共轭传热数值分析

摘要 使用CFD方法,对带有蒸汽冷却的某烟气轮机动叶轮盘进行热-固耦合数值分析。轮盘温升与其周边流场与温度场的耦合计算采用CFX的共轭传热方法,忽略热辐射影响,将流体域与固体域内的传输方程进行耦合求解,通过能量方程平衡流体和固体界面上热流,实现了流场与温度场的耦合数值分析。计算结果揭示了烟气轮机轮盘处复杂流动中烟气、冷却蒸汽对轮盘气动加热特征,并给出了冷却蒸汽对动叶轮盘温度场分布的影响规律。 The CFD software is used in the numerical simulation of coupled heat transfer of fluid and solid for the flue gas turbine with cooling steam. Ignoring thermal radiation, the CFX' s conjugate heat transfer numerical models had been used to simulate the tempera- ture rising of the bladed disk and the field of the flow and temperature around it. Considering both solid and fluid regions, transmission equation is solved in both regions, heat flow of fluid and solid interface is balanced through the energy equation, and each region pro- vides a boundary condition for the other one. The result of the simulation has indicated that how flue gas and cooling steam influences the aerodynamic heating characteristic of the bladed disk and how the cooling steam influences the temperature field distribution of the bladed disk.
