摘要 镇海电厂的燃气轮机机组由燃油改烧天然气,浙江省天然气至镇海电厂门站压力约4.0 MPa,天然气通过调压站减压阀后进燃气轮机前压力为2.5 MPa左右,经计算节流损失约为500 kW/h。为减少减压产生的大量节流损失,若采用透平膨胀机代替减压阀利用余压发电进行节能技术改造,能取得显著效果。 Gas turbine fuel in Zhenhai power plant is from oil to gas. Natural gas pressure of Zhenhai power plant gate station is 4.0 MPa from Zhejiang province, and natural gas pressure is 2. 5 MPa before gas turbine after the pressure relief valve, calculation results show that throttling loss are about 500 kW per hour. To reduce large amount of throttling loss generated from decompression, through expansion machine instead of reducing valve to realize energy saving technical reconstruction using for pressure recovery electricity, which has significant effect.
