社会转型期大学人格教育的缺失与重塑——复旦研究生投毒案引发的思考 被引量:1

On the Lack of Personality Education and Its Reconstruction at Universities in Period of Social Transformation:Reflections of the Postgraduate's Poisoning Case at Fudan University

摘要 复旦研究生投毒案引发了各界对于高等教育本质的追问。大学教育的本质在于人格教育,高校频发这类案件缘于社会转型期大学人格教育的缺失。教育理念市场化、产业化,教育价值观功利化、实用化,人性教育缺位,人文情怀缺失等是大学缺乏人格教育的主要表现。因此,大学教育必须抛弃功利心,回归本质,进行人格教育,以"全人"教育为目标;开展通识教育,重拾人文教育;建立完善的心理健康教育及心理疏导机制;教师也应完善自身人格,言传身教,成为合格的人格教育施教者。 The postgraduate poisoning case at Fudan University has led to the public questioning on the nature of higher education. Essentially, such nature lies in the personality education. The frequent happening of such cases is due to the lack of such education in the period of social transformation. The marketization and industrialization of educational concepts, pragmatic and quick values in education, lack of education in humanistic spirit and concern, all these are the manifestation of lack of per- sonality. Therefore, the higher education should give up utilitarianism and come back to its nature, carry out the personality education with "perfection" as its goal. In addition, it should take liberal education which is to regain the humanistic spirit, es- tablish a perfect mechanism for the healthy psychological education and counseling. Further, teachers should cultivate them- selves, make themselves as the models for the students, and hence become the qualified ones in the personality education.
