超声检查在淋菌性尿道炎诊断中的应用价值

The diagnostic value of pelvic ultrasonography B in gonorrheal urethritis

目的 探讨超声检查在淋菌性尿道炎诊断中的应用价值。方法 将临床确诊的１９５ 例淋菌性尿道炎病人应用实时超声扫查盆腔，显示其淋病性盆腔炎变声像。结果 急性期男性１００ ％ 尿道水肿，９７ ．２％ 膀胱壁水肿；女性６７ ．７％ 尿道水肿，６１ ．３ ％ 膀胱壁水肿；慢性期男性９１．１％ 精囊腺肿大，８０．６％ 前列腺肿大，女性９６ ．０％ 输卵管肿胀；少有病人合并直肠水肿、盆腔脓肿及子宫内膜增厚。结论 超声检查可显示淋菌性尿道炎所致盆腔脏器不同病变。

Objective To asses the value of ultrasonography B in the diagnosis of gonorrheal urethritis. Methods 195 cases of clinically confirmed gonorrheal urethritis were subjected to ultrasonography B scanning of the pelvis.?Results In acute male patients, 100% showed urethral oedema and 97.2% showed urinary bladder oedema; females, 67.2% in acute showed urethral oedema and 61.3% urinary oedema. In chronic: males, 91.1% showed seminal vesicle swelling and 80.6%showed prostatic hypertrophy; in chronic females, 96.0% showed salpingo swelling. Only a few patients were complicated with rectal oedema, pelvis abscess and uterine endometrial hyperplasia.?Conclusion Ultrasonography B can reveal varied changes in the pelvic organs in connection with gonorrheal urethritis, providing dependable evidenee to define the clinical stage of the gonorrheal patient.
