摘要
微格技能教学模式为高职师范生的教学基本技能、教学核心技能和教学发展能力的形成,提供了理念、技能训练、技术条件和现实支撑,从而在合认知图式和技能形成图式的系列技能训练中,渐进而顺利地实现由高职师范生向熟手教师的过渡。
Microteaching mode provides a brace of teaching basic skills, teaching core skills and teaching ability of the formation of a concept, skill training, technical conditions to higher vocational students, which, in the process of co-cognitive schemata and the formation of schemata series of skills training, realize the gradual and smooth transition for the Higher Vocational Teachers students to be- come expert teachers.
