宜兴煤矿小煤柱加固及动压巷道支护技术

摘要 宜兴煤矿在准备1205综采工作面时由于地质及人为原因导致了工作面的进回风巷分布在不同的煤层中,造成了重大安全生产事故,为了降低经济损失而将其中一条巷道保护起来.通过实验室试验和FLAC3D模拟后采用了新型化学材料固瑞特GRT-201加固煤岩体后再采取加强支护技术,最终在留最窄煤柱的情况下保证了巷道在1205工作面回采过程中的完好保护,巷道变形率控制在5%以内,巷道可以再次利用,经济效益显著. Yixing coal mine mechanized mining face in preparation for 1205 due to geological and man - made causes of the face into the return airway distributed in different coal seams, it results in a major production safety accident. In order to reduce the economic loss, one of the roadways is protected. FLAC3D simulations through laboratory tests and after using a new chemical materials Gurit GRT -201, it takes the coal and rock reinforcement to strengthen support technology, and ultimately stays in the narrowest circumstances to ensure pillar roadway mining face in the course of 1205 integrity protection, roadway deformation rate is controlled at 5% or less, and the roadway can be used again, showing significant economic benefits.
