海工平台项目住舱的耐火材料隔音性能改进分析

摘要 随着国际上对船舶降噪性能的越发重视,并将《船上噪声等级规则》列入强制性执行的规则之后,对造船行业及其配套行业的降噪要求将达到前所未有的难度。文章以符合挪威DNV NORSOK建造标准的某海工平台项目为例,对其内装耐火隔音材料在隔音、减振性能上进行改进研究及总结,也为其他类似对隔音和减振方面具有高标准要求的船舶或海洋工程项目提供了较为有用的参考价值。 With more and more emphasis on the noise reduction performance internationally, and Code of Noise Level on board Ships is concluded in the mandatory implementation of the rules, the demand of noise reduction for the shipbuilding industry and its supporting industries will meet unknown difficulty. Taking an offshore platform according to Norway DNV NORSOK building standard as an example, this paper does an improving research and summary in sound insulation and vibration and noise reduction performance of its accommodation fire-proof materials, which could also be a useful reference value for other similar ship & offshore according to high standard requirements .
