摘要
文章通过对目前煤矿企业工会工作遇到的挑战进行分析,在此基础上结合目前煤矿企业发展的现状,阐述了如何实现新时期煤矿工会组织工作的探索与创新。
Based on the current coal enterprise labor union work challenges, and combined with the current status of development of the coal mining enterprises, this paper expounds how to realize the exploration and innovation of labor union work for coal mine at the new times.
