摘要
文章对基建矿井加强党建和思想政治工作的做法进行了阐述,做到了党建工作与矿井基建有机结合,形成了全新的富有成效的资源整合矿井党建思想政治工作模式和工作格局,具有借鉴意义。
The article indicates the strengthening on Party construction of coal mine and ideological and political work. This work makes combination of Party work and coal mine construction and forms a new mode and work pattern of productive resources integration which has significant reference.
