摘要 面对频率资源越来越受限的情况,LTE对无线资源管理要求更加苛刻。演进的无线接入承载(E-RAB)与无线空口侧一起完成整个资源管理的过程。先分析正常业务建立时S1对E-RAB的管理过程,然后对于采用硬切换机制的LTE系统,提出了一套合理的E-RAB管理机制。通过对S1切换控制面及用户面过程的深入研究,在保证用户服务质量前提下研究一种平滑切换的E-RAB管理策略,使其能够合理利用调度资源,有效提高LTE网络的整体性能。 Faced with increasingly limited frequency resources, LTE needs more stringent radio resource management re- quirements. Evolution radio access bearer (E-RAB) and the wireless air interface side together complete the entire process of the resource management. Firstly, this paper analyzes S1 ' management process for the E-RAB when normal business is built, and then proposes a reasonable set of E-RAB management mechanism for hard switching LTE system. Through the indepth study of the process of the S1 handover control plane and user plane, this paper proposes a smooth switching E- RAB management strategy while ensuring the quality of user services. This management strategy can reasonably use schedu- ling resources to improve the overall performance of the LTE network effectively.
