Practice of collaborative development platform based on PDM in military electronic enterprise

通过分析军工电子企业的产品研发特点和一体化设计制造的需求,结合行业信息系统的发展方向,构建一套基于PDM的面向产品全生命周期管理过程的协同研制平台。该平台基于Windchill技术建设,主要功能包括产品结构及数据管理、项目计划管理、产品需求管理、技术状态管理、变更管理、优选件/通用件管理以及系统集成等。在平台实施过程中,必须把先进的软件平台框架、企业的数据管理业务流程和企业的工作人员三者有机结合起来。最后,总结平台建设过程中的实践经验。

Through analyzing the character of product of development and design in military electronic enterprise and the de- mand of integration manufacturing, combined with the development direction of industry information system, based on PDM, a set of collaborative development platform, facing product lifecycle management process, is built. The platform construction is based on Windehill technology, the main functions include product structure and data management, project plan manage- ment,product demand management, technical condition management, change management, and options / general manage- ment and system integration. In the implementation process, it must combine the advanced software platform framework and enterprise data management business process and enterprise work personnel three organically. Finally, the experience about the process of platform construction is summarized.
