摘要
未成年人是生理、心理、智力尚未发育成熟的人,由未成年人的特殊性决定其法律权益的特殊性。目前我国未成年人法律援助工作的现状不甚理想,未成年人法律援助工作中存在较多的问题,要采取多种措施和方法来加强成年人法律援助工作专业化。
The juvenile is an immature man of physiology,psychology and intelligence.These special characteristics of the juvenile decide the special legal rights.The current situation of the legal aid to juveniles in our country is not ideal.There are many existing problems in it.We should adopt professional countermeasures to strengthen the specialization of legal aid to the juveniles.
