Inspecting the influential factors on the quality of Aspirin dispersible tablets

目的 :考察影响阿司匹林分散片的因素。方法 :改变崩解剂、润滑剂、压力等因素 ,设计多个处方 ,以崩解时间、分散均匀性为指标进行考察。结果 :崩解剂、润滑剂的种类、用量、压片的压力等对分散片的质量有影响。结论 :应用国产辅料和设备亦可制备出符合要求的分散片。

Objectives:To inspect the influential factors on the quality of Aspirin dispersible tablets.Methods:The factors such as disintegrant,lubricant and pressure were changed,more descriptions were designed,and disintegrating time and dispersible iniformity were used as inspecting index.Results:The types,dosage and the pressure of preparations and so on had something to do with the quality of dispersible tablets.Conclusion:Accord_with_the-demand dispersible tablets can be made by using Chinese-made excipient and equipment.
