激光治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎145例疗效观察

Observation of effect of DJL-1200B semiconductor laser machine in treatment of 145 children with secretory otitis media

目的观察激光治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法选择2009年3月至2013年3月收治的分泌性中耳炎患儿145例作为观察组，选择2004年10月至2008年10月收治分泌性中耳炎患儿116例为对照组。对照组采用药物治疗，观察组在药物治疗的基础上加用激光治疗，两组患儿均在治疗7d后评估治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为93．10％，对照组总有效率为80．17％，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（x^2=51．361，P〈0．05）。结论在药物治疗的基础上加用激光治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎临床疗效较好，且安全性较高，患儿所受痛苦少，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of DJL-1200B semiconductor laser machine in treatment of chil- dren with secretory otitis media. Methods 145 children with secretory otitis media treated in our department from March 2009 to March 2013 were selected as the observation group. 116 cases with secretory otitis media from October 2004 to October 2008 were selected as the control group. Medical treatment was applied in both two groups, and laser treatment was added in observation group. The effect was evaluated after treatment for 7 days. Results The total ef- fective rate of the observation group was 93.10%, which was significantly higher than 80.17% of the control group （x^2 = 51. 361 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laser treatment added on drug treatment in the treat- ment of children with secretory otitis media is good,and it has high security and less pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
