摘要
目的探讨普罗布考对糖尿病肾病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)和骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)的影响。方法124例糖尿病肾病患者采用数字表法随机分为对照组62例、观察组62例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用普罗布考,共治疗8周。测定两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清hs—CRP和BMP-7。结果治疗后,两组尿蛋白均较治疗前明显减少(t=6.16、5.23,均P〈0.01);两组治疗后差异有统计学意义(t=5.35,P〈0.05)。治疗后两组hs—CRP、BMP-7较治疗前明显改善(t=10.50、5.54,均P〈0.05);两组治疗后差异均有统计学意义(t=10.28、4.36,均P〈0.05)。结论普罗布考可以通过抗炎和抗纤维化改善糖尿病肾病患者病情。
Objective To study the influece of probucol on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7) in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 124 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, the control group ( n = 62 cases) and the observation group( n =62 cases). The patients of the control group were treated through the conventional treatment. However,the patients of the observation group were treated by probucol on the basis of conventional treatment. They were treated for eight weeks. The 2d-hour urinary protein,hs-CRP and BMP-7 were detected before and after treatment. Results The 24-hour urinary proteins were decreased in both two groups after treatment ( t = 6. 161,5.23, P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference between two groups( t = 5.35 ,P 〈 0.05 ). The hs-CRP and BMP-7 were improved after treatment (t = 10.50,5.54, all P 〈 0.05 ), while those of the observation group were more significantly improved than those of the control group ( t = 10.28,4.36, all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Probucol could improve the conditions of diabetic ne- phropathy which was through improving hs-CRP and BMP-7.
