摘要 风电场对电力系统的贡献可概括为容量效益和电量效益2个部分。介绍了随机生产模拟的基本原理,将风电场按出力统计为一个等效多状态机组,并将其进行卷积以修正等效持续负荷曲线。提出了一种基于发电系统可靠性指标计算风电场容量效益的方法,基于随机生产模拟结果,考虑碳排放权交易,计算风电场的电量效益。以IEEE RTS-96测试系统和NREL风电数据为基础,计算风场的容量效益和电量效益,并对风电渗透率、风能状况、系统负荷、系统可靠性水平等影响因素进行了研究。 The benefits of wind farms to the power system can be summarized in two aspects: capacity benefits and energy benefits.The basic principles of probabilistic product simulation are introduced first.A wind farm is convoluted to modify the equivalent load duration curve as a multi-state generator,and an approach to evaluate the capacity benefits of wind farms based on the reliability index is proposed.The energy benefits included carbon emission trading are calculated based on the simulation results.The data of IEEE RTS-96 and NREL are taken as an example,the capacity benefits and energy benefits of wind farms are calculated and the influencing factors,such as penetration,wind regime,load profile and reliability level,are also studied.
