摘要
该文以芦荟、花生和枸杞为主要原料,对其复合饮料的工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明,芦荟花生枸杞复合保健饮料的最佳配方为芦荟汁添加量20mL,花生汁添加量60mL,枸杞汁添加量20mL、水添加量100mL、白砂糖添加量6%、柠檬酸添加量0.08%;将芦荟、花生和枸杞进行复配制成的复合型保健饮料口味独特、营养丰富,风味良好。
The process of production of compound health beverage of aloe, peanut and Chinese woltberry was studied in the paper. The result showed that the best prescription of compound health beverage of aloe, peanut and Chinese wolfberry was: aloe juice 20ml, peanut juice 60ml, Chinese wolf- berry juice 20ml, water 100ml, sucrose 6%, and citric acid 0.08%. The compound beverage prepared in the optimal condition exhibited a unique taste, plentiful nutrition components and excellent flavor.
