摘要
采用微型量热仪测定纺织品的阻燃性能,探讨样品形状、质量和升温速率等对测试结果的影响。通过单因素试验,该仪器的优化使用参数为:样品为混合均匀的粉末状,制样时样品质量为5mg,仪器升温速率为1℃/s,温度范围为75-750℃。结果表明:微型量热仪可以对纺织品的阻燃性能进行定量测试。
The micro combustion calorimeter is applied to flammability testing of textiles. The influences of sample shape and weight, as well as heating rate on testing results are investigated. Through single factor experiments, the parameters are opti- mized as follows: sample shape is uniformly mixed powder, sample weight 5 rag, heating rate 1 ℃/s, and temperature range 75 ~7.50 ℃. The results show that the micro combustion calorimeter can be used to quantitative analysis of flammability of textiles.
