摘要 研究一种新型基于智能手机的移动远程放射系统,它允许快速、远程、安全地识读医学图像,并且不需要将病人数据保存在智能手机上。通过腹部CT诊断来评估这个系统的诊断性能。总共104例患者腹部CT影像提供给两名观察者,其中43例患者被确诊为急性阑尾炎。观察者通过智能手机识读CT影像,其结果与CT工作站诊断结果进行比对。每张CT影像由观察者用双盲法进行评价,意见一致时即被诊断为急性阑尾炎的。急性阑尾炎在工作站上检测的敏感性和准确性分别是是95.3%和95.2%,在智能智能手机上分别是88.3%和91.3%,两者之间没有明显的差异。因此,基于移动手机的移动远程放射系统对于识读CT影像来诊断急性阑尾炎是可行的,并且可适用于其他紧急远程会诊系统。 Develops a novel type of teleradiology system based on smart phone that allows rapid, remote, secure, visualization of medical images without storing patient data on the smart phone. Assesses the diagnostic performance of this system for abdominal CT interpretation. Presents a total of 104 abdominal CT scans to two observers and there are 43 scans showing appendicitis. The observers views the images using a smart phone display and confirmed the diagnosis of appendicitis when there is an agreement between both readers. The results are compared with that of CT worksta- tion monitor. The sensitivity and accuracy for the detection of appendicitis is 95.3% and 95.2% on the workstation monitor and 88.3% and 91.3% on the smart PDA. There are no significant differences between the both display systems for interpreting abdominal CTs. The mobile teleradiology system based on smart phone that appears to be feasible for reading abdominal CTs for diagnosing appendicitis and may be valuable in emergency teleconsultation system.
