混合应用BMP-6/Bio-Oss诱导大鼠牙周组织再生的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的实验观察骨形成蛋白6(BMP-6)和无机牛骨粉(Bio-Oss)混合应用对实验动物下颌骨组织形成的诱导作用。方法雄性SD大鼠36只,在下颌第二磨牙颊侧建立骨缺损模型。将大鼠随机分为三组,即BMP-6/Bio-Oss混合应用组、Bio-Oss单用组和空白对照组。术后6、10周分别拍摄X线片及制作组织学切片,观察SD大鼠牙周新骨生成状况结果 BMP-6/Bio-Oss混合应用组在新骨形成的面积及高度均明显优于Bio-Oss单用组和空白对照组(p<0.01),且术后10周优于6周,并BMP-6/Bio-Oss混合应用组新生的牙周纤维与正常牙周韧带结构相似。结论 BMP-6/Bio-Oss混合应用有利于诱导SD大鼠牙槽骨的再生及更利于牙周纤维的附着。
