摘要 利用GAMBIT软件,建立管壳式换热器壳程流场简化模型,进行网格划分并设定各边界;利用FLUENT软件,进行有限元计算。通过设定求解器类型、具体边界条件值以及松弛因子,对模型进行迭代计算。对壳程流体的压力场、温度场和速度场的特点进行了分析,可为管壳式换热器的设计和使用提供参考。 The simplified flow field model on the shell side of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger was established by using the GAMBIT software, the mesh generation was carried out and the boundary was set. With the FLUENT software, the flow field and the temperature field of the model were calculated. The iterative calculation of the model was worked out by setting the solver type, the specific boundary condition value and the relaxation factor. The characteristics of the pressure field, temperature field and velocity field of the shell fluid was analyzed, and that could serve as a reference for the designers of the shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
