摘要 介绍了唐山中润煤化工公司的粗苯加氢精制工艺,结合生产实际,分析了真空机组和管式炉在生产运行中存在的问题。为改善现状,对真空机组,采取了脱重塔真空机组冷却循环液由原来的轻苯改为二甲苯;取消管式加热炉,改为热蒸汽加热器。生产实践表明,通过改进,真空机组补液次数由原来的每班6次~9次降至一天1次~2次,年可节约煤气176×104m3,节约电力6×104kWh,可产生良好的经济效益。 T he crude benzol hydrorefining process of Tangshan Zhongrun company was introduced. The existing problems of the vacuum set and the tubular furnace were analyzed based on the actual operation of the plant. To improve the operation, the recycle cooling liquid of the vacuum set of the tailing column was changed to dimethylbenzene and the tubular furnace was changed to a steam heater. The operation practice proved that through such revamping, the supplement of light benzol was reduced to once or twice a day, besides, the annual gas consumption was reduced by 176×10^4 m^3 and the electric power consumption by ×10^4 kWh. The economic benefit was remarkable.
