摘要
结合定州天鹭新能源有限公司生产实际情况,分析了两套10万t/a焦炉气制甲醇工艺污染物的产生及危害,介绍了实际生产中对废水、废气、废油、废渣、噪声、辐射的控制和防护方法,可使工艺进一步完善,减少污染,实现资源的循环回收利用。
The cause and hazard of the pollutants from a 20× 10^4 t/a COG-to-methanol plant was analyzed based on the actual operation conditions of the Dingzhou Tianlu New Energy Co., Ltd. The control and protection against the wastewater, waste gas, waste solids, noise, radiation, etc. that generate during the plant operation was introduced. The process could be improved so as to reduce pollution and realize cyclic utilization of the resource.
