摘要 分析了甲醇羰基合成醋酸中铑系催化剂体系和铱系催化剂体系对反应液中水含量的要求,介绍了在兖矿国泰化工有限公司生产中应用的控制反应液中水含量的技术改造,通过控制关键部位水含量的平衡,从而进一步降低主反应区反应液中的水含量。生产实践表明,通过降低反应液中水含量,反应系统得到优化,并降低了催化剂消耗量。 The catalyst system for the carbonylation of methanol synthesis to produce acetic acid was discussed in this paper, and so was the water content control in the reaction liquid water. The paper gave an introduction to the new water control technology which was practiced by Yankuang Cathay Coal Chemicals Co., Ltd. to balance the water content in the key parts of the system, and this technology further reduced the water content in the reaction liquid. The production practice proved that through reducing the water quantity in the reaction liquid, the reaction system could be optimized and the catalyst consumption could be reduced further.
