摘要
保障性安居工程质量监管是当前政府监督工作中的主要任务之一,笔者结合参加的几次全国保障性安居工程质量监督执法检查即国检检查和参与山东省的迎检工作中发现存在的质量问题,从分析检查要求入手,就改进监管重点,消除薄弱环节提出了意见和建议。
Indemnificatory housing project quality supervision is one of the main tasks in the work of govemment supervision. The quality problems was found in several times of national and provincial quality supervision, law execution and inspection which is the author participated, puts forward some suggestions which if consider the aspects of improving supervision point and eliminating the weak links from analysis and examination requirements.
