钻拉法检测结构混凝土强度技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 混凝土强度是工程实体检测的重要指标,抗拉强度、抗压强度及其相关关系均是反应结构混凝土性能的重要参数,对既有工程实体的承载力评定、加固修复及耐久性设计与维护,需掌握现龄期混凝土的强度指标。现阶段业内针对抗压强度指标的检测技术研究已十分成熟,而对实体混凝土抗拉强度的检测技术研究显得不足,尤其需了解新、老混凝土的粘合情况时更为掣肘,因此,笔者通过大量研究工作,建议采用钻拉法对实体工程混凝土结构进行现场检测,并对钻拉强度、轴拉强度及抗压强度相关关系进行了深入探讨。 The strength of concrete is an important indicator of the engineering entity detection. Tensile strength, compressive strength and their relationships are important parameters of reflecting the structural concrete performance. We must grasp the concrete strength index with current age in order to load capacity assessment, reinforcement and restoration and durability design and maintenance of existing engineering entity. At the present stage, detection technology has been very mature for compressive strength index in the industry, but detection technology for tensile strength of concrete is inadequate. In particular when should be aware of the new and old concrete bonding we would face more constraints, Therefore, the authors propose using Drilling and Tensing Method to achieve site-testing of concrete in engineering entity through a lot of research work, And complete in-depth study of drilling and tensile strength and axial tensile strength and compressive strength and their relationships.
