摘要
针对江苏省金坛市质量投诉情况及特点进行分析,提出业主或投诉人存在的一些认识偏差,并针对这些问题提出相关对策及建议。
Along with the development of the housing commercialization, the engineering quality problem closely related to the people's interests has become a hot social concern, the residential quality complaints number is on the rise. How to respond to and properly handle the engineering quality complaints, has become an important topic of the construction administrative departments need to be addressed. In this paper, the municipal housing project quality complaints causes and countermeasures was analyzed suDerficial.
