摘要
工程质量监督机构受建设行政主管部门委托处理房屋质量投诉,应充分认识房屋质量投诉处理的性质和定位,发挥行政调解在化解社会矛盾、解决社会纠纷中的重要作用。本文以处理质量投诉的实际案例为例,结合自身经验,探求利用行政调解理念完善投诉处理方法的一些尝试。
Recent year, in the house building field, the right safeguarding consciousness of the mass is improved evidently. The mass complaint is easy become the social focus. The construction quality supervision organization is commissioned by building administration department to deal with the quality complaints. The property and position of house quality complaint deal with should he understand and the important function of administration intercession should be exerted during solve the social conflict and bother. By an example of quality complaint case and self experience, explore application of administration intercession idea to improve the approach of dealing with the complaint.
