摘要
刘应中先生在70岁退休之后仍然学习开拓新的领域,从事水弹性的理论及应用研究,完成了包括国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的多个海洋结构物水弹性响应方面的项目,并与作者合作共同指导多名研究生和一名青年教师。在超大型浮体的线性水弹性、非线性水弹性、非均匀海洋环境和流体可压缩性对水弹性响应的影响、舟桥的水弹性响应以及立管的涡激振动等方面做了大量的工作,在水弹性领域也取得了不少的进展,并在国内外学术刊物和会议上发表了数十篇学术论文。该文把这10多年合作研究所取得的主要成果作一归纳总结,作为对刘应中先生永久的纪念。
Later professor Yingzhong Liu started to explore the new research field of hydroelasticity after his retirement at the age of 70.He has carried out researches on hydroelasticity theory and its applications and helped the author to complete many research projects related to hydroelastic responses of marine structures including a key project from National Natural Science Foundation of China and co-supervisored many postgraduate students and one young staff.He has made significant contributions to linear and nonlinear hydroelastic responses of very large floating structures,effects of nonuniform environment and fluid compressibility on the hydroelastic responses of very large floating structures,hydroelastic responses of floating bridges and vortex-induced vibration(VIV) of risers.Many papers have been published in various journals and conferences.The main purpose of this paper is to make a brief summary of these works and to express our memory to late professor Yingzhong Liu.
