平面运动机构试验的数值模拟 被引量:7

Numerical simulation of the planar motion mechanism tests

摘要 获取水动力导数是预报船舶操纵性的关键,平面运动机构试验是主要的测量方法。该文通过商业软件FLUENT提供的动网格功能对DTMB5415模型的平面运动机构试验进行了数值模拟,忽略了自由面兴波,计算得到的侧向力及转首力矩的变化与实验结果吻合良好,为使用CFD预报船舶操纵性提供了相关经验。 Abstract: The hydrodynamic derivatives are of great importance for predicting the ship manoeuvring. One of the most useful measures to obtain the hydrodynamic derivatives is the planar motion mechanism (PMM) tests. In this paper, two tests with captive model are simulated with the commercial CFD soRware FLUENT using RANS methods. The model used in the simulation is DTMB5415. The influence of the free surface is neglected because that the speed of the motion is low. The calculated lateral force and yaw moment correspond to the test results. Thus the prediction of ship manoeuver with CFD will become more practicable.
