Demand for water resources has far exceeded the level that can be. loaded by water resources currently in many parts of China with the continued development of national economy. Agriculture is a major water user, and the contradiction between agricultural irrigation water and water resource shortages has become increasingly prominent at the same time. We must increase management efforts on agricultural irrigation water in order to .solve this problem.
