腰骶椎小关节囊部黄韧带肥厚引起神经根管狭窄症24例报告 被引量:1

摘要 目的 提高对腰骶椎小关节囊部黄韧带肥厚引起神经根管狭窄症的认识 ,探讨其治疗方法。方法 通过腰椎X线片、腰部CT、MRI检查 ,结合临床表现 ,2 4例患者诊断为该症。手术切除肥厚的黄韧带 ,小关节内侧可作部分切除 ,同时摘除突出的椎间盘。结果 按照日本Nakano等腰背痛手术评定标准 ,本组术后优 12例 ,良 9例 ,可 3例。结论 小关节囊部黄韧带与腰骶神经根相毗邻 ,该处黄韧带肥厚将直接挤压腰骶神经根。充分认识本病对腰腿痛治疗有重要临床意义。
