为了推进HRP在医院的成功实施,发现影响HRP实施的影响因素,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式收集数据,通过主成分分析等统计学方法找出影响HRP在医院实施的关键因素,最后为其他医院实施提出了合理建议和办法。

In order to promote the successful implementation of HRP, and find the influencing factors of HRP in the hospital. Through the methods of questionnaire and interview, the study was collected the data, and this article was found the influencing factors on the implementation of HRP by the means of principal component analysis and other statistical methods. In the last, this article put any forward reasonable proposals and measures for the other hospital.
