43例高位直肠癌诊治的临床分析

A clinical analysis in diagnosis and treatment of 43 cases of high rectal cancer

目的 :提高高位直肠癌早期诊断水平。方法 :回顾性分析了我院收治的43例高位直肠癌的病例。结果 :该病与某些炎症性疾病相似 ,加之人为因素和对本病的认识不足 ,或指肛检查方法和病人的体型位置不当 ,或检查者手指短等原因 ,均易误诊或漏诊 ,故入院患者多为中晚期。本组43例中能行根治性切除的仅8例。生存5年者仅5例。结论 :对中晚期高位直肠癌便血、排便习惯、尾部坠胀与疼痛和指肛检查等进行综合分析 ,对提高本病的早期诊治具有一定的临床价值。

Objective: To elevate the early diagnosis level of high rectal cancer. Methods: The clinical data in 43 patients with high rectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results: As clinical characteristics resembled some infection diseases, high rectal cancer was not easy to diagnose in early stage and was easily lead to misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis by some attributed factors. So, most of the hospitalized patients were in middle or late stage. In this report, only 8 cases have chance to receive radical operation with the survival rate of 11.6% and only 5 cases have a survival period for 5 years. Conclusions: Some help for its early diagnosis and treatment could get through the clinical analysis of hematochezia, dysporia, anorectal ache and rectal touch in patients with high rectal cancer.
