在西线高速改建工程中,项目部面对施工作业区分散,点多、线长、工期紧张等困难攻克了高速公路改建过程中的一系列技术难题,优质高效地完成了合同约定的各项指标任务。本文主要以海南西线高速改建工程3标为依托,从施工组织,交通保畅等方面进行简要分析,阐述此类工程施工管理过程中应注意事项,希望对改建及大修工程施工管理工作不断发展进步有所借鉴。

In the Hainan west line highway program,the project department overcome in the process of reconstruction of the highway series of technical problems,facing the construction area scattered,points,line length,tight deadlines and other difficulties.Tasks had been completion very well.This paper mainly brief analysis the construction organization,transportation and other aspects of Hainan west line alterations 3,to explain what should be noted in such construction management process.We hope that reconstruction and overhaul work on the construction management job could be drawing continuous development and progress.
