MicroRNA与神经系统及疼痛的关系的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNA是一类由内源性基因编码的小分子RNA,它通过与靶mRNA分子的3′非编码区非完全互补结合,对其发挥负性或正性调控,而起到调节转录后基因表达的作用。这些小分子物质能够调节或者改变体内多种蛋白质的表达,参与生物体的生长发育及多种病理、生理过程。在神经系统中,microRNA参与中枢及外周神经系统发育,突触的形成、重塑等生理过程。在很多神经系统的异常和疾病状态,如阿尔茨海默病、自闭症、精神分裂症及神经病理性疼痛等,都有microRNA的参与。如今有越来越多关于microRNA在神经系统疾病中作用的研究,从而为阐明这类疾病的发病机制提供新的证据,同时也为一些难治性的神经系统疾病提供更好的诊断和治疗方法。
