Considerations about the Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in Shanxi Province

近年来,节能减排和发展循环经济已成为山西转变经济增长方式的突破口和重点。阐述了山西省节能减排工作取得的成效及科技支撑的作用,分析了节能减排工作中存在的制约因素,并对深入推进节能减排工作过程中的科技工作提出合理建议。

In recent years,the energy conservation and emission reduction and circular economy have become the breakthrough point and focus for Shanxi to realize the transformation of the economic growth pattern.This paper expounds the achievements obtained in Shanxi’s energy conservation and emission reduction and the supporting function of the scientific and technological work,analyzes some restraining factors existing in the work of energy conservation and emission reduction,and puts forward some rational suggestions on promoting the scientific and technological work in the process of energy conservation and emission reduction.
