摘要
介绍了江尖水利枢纽工程概况,探讨了大体积混凝土裂缝产生的原因,通过对节制闸底板施工的仿真计算,提出了将后浇带改为加强带、掺入微膨胀剂、节制闸廊道顶板增加温度钢筋、确定合理的施工顺序、优化混凝土配合比、严控骨料质量、混凝土分层浇筑、加强混凝土养护等措施,有效解决了大体积混凝土产生裂缝的问题。
This paper introduces the general situation of Jiangjian Hydropower-complex Project,probes into the causes of the generation of mass concrete cracks,and through the simulation calculation of the construction of regulating sluice's base plate,puts forward some measures for effectively solving the generation of mass concrete cracks such as changing the latter pouring belt into strengthening belt,mixing with micro expansion agent,adding temperature reinforcement on the top plate of regulating sluice's gallery,determining the rational construction sequence,optimizing the mix proportion of concrete,strictly controlling the aggregate quality,pouring the concrete in layers,and strengthen the concrete curing,etc.
