摘要 目的探讨卵泡液中活性氧(ROS)对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)结局的影响。方法接受常规IVF受精的夫妇102例,在取卵日收集卵泡液,采用分光光度比色测定法检测过氧化氢(H2O2)、过氧化氢酶(CTA)的含量。根据临床妊娠与否将所得卵泡液分为妊娠组和未妊娠组,分析两组间H2O2、CTA的差异。结果妊娠组卵泡液中的H2O2浓度明显低于未妊娠组(P<0.05),两组患者卵泡液中的CTA浓度无统计学差异。结论高水平ROS可影响卵子的质量及胚胎发育,不利于IVF-ET的结局。 Objective : To explore the influence of reactive oxygen species in follicular fluid on the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF -ET). Methods: Follicular fluid from 102 women undergoing IVF was divided into two groups according to whether clinical pregnancy or not: pregnancy group, non - pregnancy group. The concentrations of hydrogen peroxide and catalase were determined with colorimetric. Results: The concentration of hydrogen peroxide in follicular fluid in pregnancy group was significantly lower than the non - pregnant group (P 〈 0. 05). There was no difference in concentration of catalase between the two groups ( P 〉 O. 05). Conclusion : The high concentration of reactive oxygen species could affect the quality of the oocytes and embryo development, and it had no benefit to IVF outcomes.
