胎儿泌尿系畸形的肾功检测及临床意义

摘要 临床上决定泌尿系统畸形胎儿取舍需要更为准确的反映胎儿的肾功能,本文通过胎儿肾脏影像检查、羊水量、胎儿尿液生化分析、胎儿羊水、脐血肾功生化检测、肾小球内细胞凋亡指数分析及临床分析注意事项的阐述,为胎儿泌尿系畸形的肾功检测提供有意义的临床检测方法,便于临床咨询及治疗。
