摘要
以转炉副枪主轴为研究对象,对其进行理论分析,并建立有限元模型。在此基础上用ANSYS软件对主轴进行结构静力分析,得到主轴在各旋转角度下的应力应变分布云图。通过分析应力云图的分布规律,设计了一种更为合理的限制主轴转动的结构形式,有效减少应力集中及主轴最大综合应力值,为后续主轴的优化设计提供了基础。
Basing on the primary-shaft of the converter sub-lance as the object, the theoretic analysis was researched and the finite element model was built. Analyzing the static structure with ANSYS workbench, the stain and stress distribution diagram was drawed from different angle. According to the stress map, a new structure form of primary-shaft were designed, which reduces effectively the max von-Mises stress and provides basis for further opti- mal design.
