摘要
围绕炼钢转炉托圈箱型结构件—扇形段开裂、烧损需更换问题,通过托圈解体、传动侧耳轴切向键和大齿轮的拆卸、扇形段的优化设计、原耳轴组件的修复和密封结构改进、托圈四大件预装和现场组对及焊接时两耳轴轴承定位尺寸和同轴度控制等一系列工艺方案的制定,保证修复后的托圈满足设计和使用要求。
Around the changing need after cracking and burning loss of the segment shape (box structure) of steel-making converter trunnion ring, adopt to establish a series of precess program to ensure the trunnion ring after repairing can meet the requirement of design and exercise, such as disassembly of converter trunnion ring and tangent key between turning lateral trunnion and big gear wheel, optimal design of segment, repairring of primary trunnion, improvement of sealing structure, pre-install of four items in trunnion ring, controlling of location dimension of two trunnion bearings and coaxiality while assembling and welding on the scene.
