This paper introduces the Ф508 cross-roller straightener for great-diameter seamless pipes. The components and characteristics are introduced. Comparing with the straighteners in existence, the innovations or improvements in angle-adjusting device, feeding roller and entrance guide are point out. So the advantages of this straightener in straightening precision, reliability and cost are ex- plained.
