摘要
针对装用C3X型联合调节器及PGMV型调节器的内燃机车及柴油机运用中暴露出来的故障率较高、柴油机起动性能欠佳等问题,提出了效果明显的改进措施。
Aiming at the problems such as high fault rate and poor starting performance in the application of G3X combined governor and PGMV governor in diesel locomotive and diesel engine,the paper proposes improvement measures that have obvious effect.
