摘要
本文叙述了南京广播电视集团电视播出系统建设,包括新建2个高清和搬迁2个标清频道、改造6+1个标清频道播出路由、新建上载系统、新建系统监控、完善应急播出系统等,实现了播出通道2+1+1路互为备份、主播出+应急播出独立运行的系统级备份体系;采用全硬盘播出、全网络化、全智能化的基本设计理念,适应未来全台媒资系统、新媒体发布的需求,技术先进、科学合理、安全可靠、功能完备、方便使用、经济性好,新建系统能充分满足10+1套电视节目安全、优质播出的需要。
This paper describes design and construction of upgrade of original broadcasting system in Nanjing TV Station. The new system realizes 2+1+1 back-up of broadcasting channel, and independent system-level back-up of main broadcasting and emergency broadcasting. Because the whole system doesn't have any single crash points, it has been adepted for future needs of whole station media asset management system and new media distribution. The system achieves expected goals of all-networked, all-intelligent and all-disk broadcasting.
