不同乳酸杆菌添加剂对水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率、氮平衡及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Different Lactobacillus Additives on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility,Nitrogen Balance and Serum Biochemical Indices of Minks

摘要 本研究选择2株水貂源乳酸杆菌,研究其对水貂的益生作用。挑选160只体重相近的健康冬毛期雄性水貂,随机分为4组,每组40只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加5×109CFU貂源植物乳杆菌MDL1118(LP)、屎肠球菌MDF1104(EF)和LP+EF(各2.5×109CFU)的试验饲粮。试验期90 d。结果表明:Ⅲ组体重及平均日增重高于对照组和Ⅱ组,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组干物质和蛋白质消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);粪氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清总蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组血清免疫球蛋白A含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅳ组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加貂源乳酸杆菌添加剂能够提高营养物质消化率,提高机体免疫机能,这2株貂源乳酸杆菌可作为水貂饲料添加剂的备选菌株。 Two strains of Lactobacillus isolated from minks were supplemented in this experiment to investigate the health-promoting effects on minks. A total of 160 healthy minks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 40 minks per group. The control group (group Ⅰ) was fed a basal diet, and the experimental groups (groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 5×109 CFU Plantarumt Lactobacillus MDL1118 (LP), Enterococcus Faecium MDF1104 (EF) and LP+EF, respectively. The experiment lasted for 90 days. The results showed that the body weight and average daily gain in group Ⅲ were higher than those in control group and group Ⅱ (P〉0.05); the digestibility of dry matter and protein in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05); the facal nitrogen content in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05); the serum total protein content in groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05); the serum immunoglobulin A content was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.01) and group Ⅱ (P〈0.05); and the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). In conclusion, dietary Lactobacillus additives can improve the nutrient digestibility and immunity function. The two strains of Lactobacillus can be the alternative strains for minks' feed additives.
