摘要
概述了一个较特殊的纠偏工程实例。在同一个整板基础上建造的一幢 4单元 5层楼房 ,东西各 2个单元 ,中间设 6cm伸缩缝 ,建成后 ,东部 2单元向东倾斜 2 2cm ,并向南倾斜 4 5cm ,而西部 2单元未发生任何沉降 ,亦无倾斜。采用加固基础 ,断开整板 ,倾斜钻孔掏土纠偏和纠偏后加固等措施 ,获得了良好的纠偏加固效果。
A rather special project case of deviation rectification is introduced.A four-units and five-storied building wa s set up on the same base of one complet e board woth two units in the east side and two in the west side and a six-centi meter expansion joint in the middle.When finished,the two units in the east side inclined eastward 22 cm and southward 4 .5 cm,while no subsidence or inclination took place in the west two units.After using the methods of foundation treatmen t,the rupture of the complete board and deviation rectification and mud-drawing by drilling,a fine effect of deviation r ectification was obtained finally.
